Join our energetic Culinary team as a Prep Cook in our recently renovated, state-of-the-art kitchen! Cooking for our Steak House, Seafood and ala-carte restaurants. As a Prep Cook, you are the engine of our kitchen. You prepare ingredients and support the kitchen team. Duties typically include washing, chopping, measuring food, setting up workstations, assisting cooks during service, following food safety standards, working pantry and keeping prep areas clean and organized.
