Bern’s Steak House (https://bernssteakhouse.com) is a World-Renowned Restaurant looking for a professional Garde Manger Cook who can prep & plate all menu items according to our exacting standards. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach any employee showing potential, hard work and dedication.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Prep Garde Manger Station with all necessary items for Service
+ Prepare and Plate all items according to Bern’s Steak House standards
+ Ensure Quality of all Products
+ Maintain cleanliness of Station throughout the entire shift
Qualifications and Skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Must work well with others
+ Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
+ Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor as guests will be touring the kitchen during service
