Prep Gymnastics Regional Scout

Overview
We are looking to build out a network of Regional Talent Scouts across key gymnastics markets. These individuals will serve as the primary voice and evaluator within their assigned region, helping Prep Gymnastics scale content, strengthen relationships, and improve the depth and accuracy of our gymnast and team coverage .
This role is designed as a win-win: it allows us to expand our national footprint while giving scouts a platform to grow their personal brand through consistent exposure and content creation.

Objective
The Regional Talent Scout Program is intended to:

+ Increase content volume and consistency across all platforms

+ Improve athlete evaluation and rankings accuracy at both regional and national levels

+ Strengthen on-the-ground relationships in key gymnastics markets

+ Create a scalable system for identifying and covering talent year-round
