Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Design managed network solutions including: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi/WLAN, Internet/MPLS connectivity, Security and firewall solutions.
- Pre-Sale Activities/ Post-Sales Responsibilities: Customer Coordination via Email, Telephone, CRM ticket handling, Customer Visits.
- Draft Technical proposal, Solution diagrams, Bill of Materials (BoM), Scope of Work (SoW), HLD/LLD documents
- Conduct customer presentations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and technical validation.
- Lead or support implementation and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with Core network teams, Field operations, NOC, Security teams and Vendors
