Presales / Solution Consultant – ERP

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of our Products, Services, Solutions and upgrades.

  • Understanding and communicating the Deliverable and advantages of our Products and Services over competing Products and Partners.

  • Assisting Sales Team with; Performing Fact finding / Discovery sessions with Prospects and/or Customers.
    Understanding diverse, specific business needs and recommending / showcasing solution knowledge to meet those needs.
    Preparing and delivering Presentations and Demonstrations.
    Provide necessary writeups / SOW to support RFP, RFQ and Proposal Enhance Pre-sales / Solution Process and Sales performance.

  • Contributing on development of Marketing Materials, Sales literature and website update.

  • Preparing, participating and conducting Webinars and sessions in Marketing activities.
