Opportunity Description
Act as the primary liaison between Headquarters and franchisee centres.
Provide professional advice to centre principals on daily operations, staffing, enrolment, and performance improvement.
Support centres in resolving operational issues and challenges.
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular centre visits to ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and quality benchmarks.
Prepare visit reports and follow up on improvement plans with centres.
Communication & Coordination
Communicate centre needs and requests to relevant HQ departments clearly and effectively.
Foster strong relationships with franchisees to maintain alignment and trust.
Training & Development
Organise and conduct operational trainings, briefings, and meetings with franchisees and centre teams.
Ensure franchisees are well-informed of updated policies, procedures, and initiatives.
