Responsibilities
- Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators.
- Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development.
- Ensure that the Center’s curriculum and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
- Strengthen and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
- Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- A Degree in Early Childhood Education, along with a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
