Job Description & Requirements To plan and implement the curriculum under the guidance of the Centre Supervisor to ensure a well-run, purposeful, engaging and child-centered programme responsive to children's needs and aligned to the principles spelt out in the standard ECE Framework. Create a learner-centered environment where children can explore, experiment, and interact to learn. Participate actively in assessing the needs of the children. Work with and support the Centre Supervisor and other staff at the Centre in enhancing the quality of children's educational experiences. Contribute one's talents and professional expertise towards the centre's initiatives, educational programmes and projects. Establish good relationships with parents as partners in care and education. Keep abreast of the latest educational development and to continually upgrade one's skills and knowledge. Be involved in simple action research projects.
