Source HR Mining Recruitment is partnering with an exploration and development company to find a senior executive and join them as the President.

The President will serve as the senior operational and commercial leader of the company, overseeing day‑to‑day activities and ensuring the successful execution of its critical minerals projects.

Working closely with the CEO, the President will translate strategy into action, drive capital‑raising efforts, and lead investor and stakeholder relations to build long‑term value.

Key Responsibilities
