Baesman Group is hiring a Press Operator to run and troubleshoot high-speed printing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with machines, solving problems, and staying focused on quality while keeping production moving.
What You’ll Do
+ Set up and operate printing presses to meet daily production goals
+ Monitor output and make adjustments to maintain quality and color accuracy
+ Troubleshoot issues when something isn’t running right
+ Work with your team to keep jobs moving and minimize downtime
+ Track production and follow standard processes
