**Description**
The Maintenance Mechanics maintains the safe operation and maintenance of building facilities, electrical, and mechanical systems and plumbing. We are seeking a candidate for the evening shift Monday – Friday; 2pm – 10:30 pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, schematics and written technical documents of general machineries to locate area of trouble and complete repairs accurately.
+ Repairs and adjusts doors, windows, closures, panic devices and locks.
+ Patches holes, installs escutcheons, repairs ceiling and floor tile as needed to maintain building appearance.
