Opportunity Description

Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to);

  •  Support the pricing team and underwriters to assess pricing adequacy on individual accounts, facilities and portfolios across both open market and delegated business
  •  Develop maintain and enhance technical pricing models for each line of business
  • Performance monitoring of key accounts throughout the year including validation of key pricing inputs that feed into account pricing

    • Qualifications required:

  • Nearly qualified or newly qualified Actuary (IFoA or equivalent)
  • 2:1 degree
  • Grade A at A-Level Mathematics

    • Experience required:

  • Experience of working within an Actuarial Pricing Team in the London General Insurance market
  • Experience using Excel, Python, SQL and Power BI
  • Minimum five years of experience
    • Permanent Business Operations Specialists
