JOB DETAILS

Will be responsible for managing, supporting, handling, and controlling freight forwarding requirements for clients.
Coordinate bookings; rate requests; rate filings; handle customer issues and provide solutions; tracking/tracing and auditing of all import - export shipments.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers' front

Serve as a primary communication link between customers, other external parties and various functional and geographic areas within our company including operations, information systems, & accounting.

Keep customer well updated on shipments arrivals/departures and up to door delivery at both ends. Basic customer service related activities is same as listed in previous profiles.
