**Position Requirements:**
+ DEA with prescriptive authority
+ FNP or AGNP credentials with AZ license eligibility
+ Minimum 1+ years of experience in primary care or geriatric medicine
+ Comfortable with a primarily adult patient panel
+ Collaborative, patient-focused, and friendly team player
