Smokefree Hampshire is a smoking cessation service, which supports residents to quit smoking, vaping or nicotine use through a flexible, free 12-week programme, combining behavioural support with Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).

As we continue to grow and develop the service, we’re looking for a Primary Care Liaison Officer to join us.
