Make a difference in community health as a Primary Care Physician at Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to serve diverse populations starting June 2026.

In this 15-month maternity leave contract, you'll provide comprehensive health care with a focus on preventing illness and promoting health. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you'll manage primary care for families, refugees, and individuals facing homelessness. Your responsibilities encompass providing leadership and mentoring while also participating in quality initiatives.
