Primary Teacher

To deliver high-quality teaching and learning in accordance with the National Curriculum for England and the school's vision, values, and policies. The Primary Teacher is responsible for creating an engaging, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that enables all pupils to achieve their full potential academically, socially, emotionally, and personally.

Teaching and Learning

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for England and the school's curriculum framework.
• Ensure learning objectives are clear, challenging, and appropriate to pupils' needs and abilities.
• Differentiate instruction to support pupils of varying abilities, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and gifted and talented learners.
