About the role:

Justteachers is seeking a compassionate and experienced SEND Support Assistant to join one of our welcoming and inclusive partner primary schools located in Leamington Spa , from May 2026 . This is a full-time , long-term position supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEND) in year 4.

The school is celebrated for its inclusive ethos , strong leadership, and commitment to ensuring that every child receives a personalised and accessible education. You will be working closely with the SENDCo, class teachers, and external agencies to deliver individual support that enables pupils with additional needs to thrive.
