Job Description

New Directions Education are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Sandbach and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them to thrive within a positive and inclusive school environment.

The schools we work with are welcoming and supportive, offering opportunities to gain experience across a variety of year groups and classroom settings.

Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and learning activities
• Working across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2 depending on school requirements
