The role of Homeroom Teacher supports Stellar World School’s vision of nurturing students as compassionate, confident, and globally minded citizens , equipped with Life Literacies —the essential competencies required for success in a dynamic and evolving world.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver inquiry-based, concept-driven lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework
• Design and implement transdisciplinary units of inquiry
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe, assess, and document student learning using formative and summative strategies
• Foster IB learner profile attributes and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills
• Maintain student portfolios, records, and reports
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with specialist teachers and support teams
