As a Prime Financial Services - Client Service Analyst within JP Morgan Chase, you will join a client-facing Middle Office team supporting synthetic Prime Brokerage activity, with a core focus on equity swaps and other delta-one/synthetic products. 

You will be accountable for the day-to-day client experience across the trade lifecycle - handling trade matching and exceptions, lifecycle events and cashflows, operational inquiries, and issue resolution - while partnering closely with Front Office Trading/Sales, Product Control, Technology, Settlements/Cash Processing, and other global stakeholders.
