Description
As a Content Publishing Specialist within Prime Video Digiflex Operations, you will support a variety of operational tasks that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of content across our video catalog. This is a flexible, operations-driven role, associates are assigned to workflows based on current business needs and volume priorities, and may shift between different task types and queues over the course of their engagement. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes quickly are key to success in this position.

• Location: This is NOT a remote position. Associates are required to work on-site at the SJO10 site in Calle Blancos, Costa Rica
• Schedule: Must be available to work weekend shifts
• Contract type: Blue Badge Contractor (direct Amazon engagement)
• Duration: Temporary position, maximum 11 months
