Principal Advisor - Psychosocial Risk (Fixed-term until 25 June 2027)

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a Ministry‑wide psychosocial risk management framework.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and expert advice to senior leaders and governance groups.
- Embed psychosocial risk management through collaboration, coaching and capability building across the organisation.
- Use workforce data and insights to inform targeted actions that improve employee experience and reduce risk.
