Principal Business Operations Advisor

**Job Description**

We're hiring a Principal Business Operations Advisor to join the Commercial Clinical Operations team! In this dynamic role, you will provide oversight and coordination of departmental strategic planning, business and workforce plan development, business relationship management, reporting, data and/or budget analysis and special projects as assigned.

**What You'll Do**

Business and Strategic Planning

+ Build and facilitate repeatable and company-focused strategic planning processes that include confirmation of continued relevance, progress evaluation and communication to affected stakeholders.
+ Lead the creation of the departmental strategic plan, focused business growth objectives and enterprise goals.
