The role

ClearPoint is looking for a senior advisory leader to join as a permanent Principal Consultant. You will bridge technical depth with strategic narrative, helping clients navigate complex digital shifts — framing strategic roadmaps for engineering leadership and developing target‑state architectures for large‑scale ecosystems.

The experience we're looking for

• Proven track record in technology strategy engagements, architectural leadership, or managing RFP processes for platform selection.
• Proven expertise in client delivery management and operations, particularly in designing, building and deploying digital engineering solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business‑level guidance for executive and board audiences.
• Experience across major enterprise ecosystems with strong integration architecture and data migration fundamentals.
