Opportunity Description
Parametric Technology Espana, S.A. is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to lead the account team in ensuring that EMEA customers have outstanding experiences with Servigistics solutions. This role emphasizes effective management, strategic guidance, and serves as the voice of the customer within PTC.
The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management, be fluent in English, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. This position requires a travel commitment of around 25%.
