Principal Designer - CDM & Building Regulations Lead

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulations in the City of London. This unique role offers a 50/50 split between CDM and Building Regulations, allowing the successful candidate to aid in the growth of an established Principal Design service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field and must be either APS certified or an ARB registered Architect. The position offers an attractive salary package with benefits including a car allowance, multiple bonus schemes, and health care.
