Key Responsibilities:
Lead C‑suite engagements to align strategy, AI priorities, and operating models, supported by board‑ready business cases and financial value models. Embed with customers to drive hands‑on discovery, rapid prototyping, and early deployments that deliver fast, measurable outcomes. Own the customer journey from assessment to scale, partnering with Sales and Marketing to strengthen value narratives and increase win rates. Design hybrid AI + human (HITL) operating models with clear governance, guardrails, escalation paths, and quality controls.
