Your Job As a Principal Development Process Engineer, your primary purpose will be to lead and support the product development process by ensuring robust product design and efficient manufacturability across low and high-volume production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design limitations, develop manufacturing strategies, and drive tooling development while incorporating innovative technologies and techniques to meet customer expectations and business objectives. Our Team You will be joining DSS, a global division known for its expertise in connector and cable manufacturing processes, including molding, stamping, plating, and assembly.
