You will lead a portfolio of best‑in‑class next‑generation HBM products focused on the critical KPIs of Quality, Cost, Cycle Time and Scale. This includes leading the manufacturing test flow development and validation, improving device/stack yield through circuit debug and test coverage optimization, driving test time improvement, and advancing the DFT strategy.
