Principal Engineer, Marine Systems

Role Definition

- Leading the offshore design team and providing guidance on how to perform Marine Systems design.

- Setting up internal workflow for assigned Projects and planning the team’s activities accordingly.

- Studying and defining the best technical solutions for Marine Systems

- Reviewing technical documentation produced by the team before the issuance.

- Teamwork and collaboration with immediate and wider teams.

- Liaising with other disciplines during project execution.

- Awareness of pipeline design standards requirements and correct application of Company HSEQ policies.

- Awareness of naval and Structural interfaces with the marine systems.

- Reviewing project documentations provided by contractors/Shipyards

Qualification

- Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline such as mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (with focus on Marine Systems)
