Overview

Join WSP as a Principal Engineer in our Blue Green Infrastructure team, delivering solutions for surface water challenges using sustainable drainage and blue‑green infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership, client guidance and support engineers across projects of local and national importance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input on urban drainage projects, predominantly SuDS and blue‑green infrastructure.
• Work on bespoke and challenging projects.
• Exercise technical oversight of engineers and consultants, ensuring high‑quality outputs.
• Support development of engineering solutions from feasibility studies to detailed design and construction.
• Oversee preparation of reports, drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Maintain excellent client relationships.
