As a Principal Engineer focusing on Transmission Lines, you will oversee complex projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will support HVAC and HVDC initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Canada. This senior-level position emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery, and client engagement, ensuring quality and timely results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design overhead transmission lines from 25 kV to 765 kV
• Create support structures per CSA and IEEE standards
• Model systems using PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and PLS-TOWER
• Prepare engineering deliverables, including design calculations
• Provide field support during construction phases
