Croydon Talking Therapies is seeking an experienced and innovative Step 2 Performance Lead to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal Band 8b role is responsible for driving performance, quality, and clinical excellence across our Step 2 (Low Intensity) service.

As Step 2 Performance Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based interventions in line with national NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) standards and key performance indicators (KPIs), including access, recovery rates, reliable improvement, and waiting times.
