Principal IT Analyst - SAP S/4 FICO

As a Principal SAP S/4 FICO IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will lead complex, high-impact IT projects, using your expertise to provide guidance on IT strategy and drive data-informed decision-making.

You will report directly to our Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday – Friday.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, and delivery with deep expertise across complex enterprise environments.
+ Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation programs using SAP Activate and/or agile methodologies.
+ Design and implement core finance processes including New GL, document splitting, parallel ledgers, and S/4HANA Universal Journal.
+ Configure SAP FSCM processes covering Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management.
