*Oversee and manage administrative operations for nursery to primary level.
*Supervise and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality education delivery.
*Support the implementation of core subjects, including English,
*Mathematics, and Science.
*Maintain a positive and organized learning environment for students and staff.
*Monitor and assess academic and operational performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
*Facilitate staff development and coordinate professional growth opportunities.
*Ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks and institutional operations.
