Principal Mechanical Engineer
Location: Winchester with Hybrid Working. Sector: Multi-Sector Design Projects.
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join an established MEP team delivering high‑quality building services design across a diverse project portfolio. This senior leadership role is suited to an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong technical expertise and the ability to lead projects, manage teams and build lasting client relationships.
The Role
- Lead mechanical design across projects, acting as the technical lead within multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring technical quality, programme and commercial performance.
- Oversee and review design outputs including calculations, drawings and specifications.
