In this Principal Medical Writer role you will be seen as an editorial leader, guiding a team of writers to develop well crafted, scientifically sound and strategic deliverables for our clients. You will provide counsel to client service partners and clients alike, and encourage the team to always Think Further about new possibilities. You will also play a strong role in the continued development of the writing team and in generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Champions best practice among the medical writing team and works closely with senior leadership to continuously evolve and improve our service offering
• Mentors and manages members of the writing team, and supports with resource management, training and recruitment
