The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a talented Principal Tech Product Manager with required prior experience in Personalization, Recommendations and intelligent content discovery experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.

You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision of the product experience customers have with Personalization, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. Prior experience with building fully personalized experiences is essential, ideally in streaming media or related domains.
