Principal Process Optimization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes for scalability, repeatability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate technology transfer from lab/pilot scale to full production, ensuring robust implementation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between R&D, production, and shop floor personnel, translating technical requirements and facilitating process improvements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on process performance, quality metrics, and yields;
  recommend and implementimprovements.
• Lead and participate in troubleshooting operational or technical issues on the shop floor;
  drive problem-solving efforts.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, FG specifications and work instructions to ensure clarity and compliance.
