Principal Product Designer

At Safeguard Global, we’re building a suite of connected digital products that help global businesses hire, manage, and pay people anywhere. We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to join our design team and lead design across multiple product areas. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll shape product direction, raise the quality bar, and guide a team of designers while staying close to the work yourself. A key focus will be designing intelligent, efficient workflows that help users move through complex tasks with clarity and confidence. As we evolve, you’ll play a central role in how we integrate AI into the product experience not as a layer on top, but embedded in how the product works. From anticipating user needs to simplifying decisions, you’ll help define what that looks like.
