Principal Product Manager

This will be a 2-years direct contract position.
Responsibilities Lead the development of product strategy. Guide junior product managers to perform rigorous analysis and translate findings into sound product decisions. Accountable for balancing short-term delivery speed against long-term technical debt Foster a team culture defined by speed, simplicity, and agility. Identify and remove systemic inefficiencies. Translate divisional goals into a coherent theory of success, working with teams to develop OKRs and long-term roadmaps. Anticipate systemic risks and changes Work across teams and functions, ensuring that effort is aligned and that progress is visible. Build and maintain strategic cross-functional partnerships, facilitate high-stakes discussions, and ensure that diverse perspectives are heard and acted upon.
