Principal Product Transformation – Corporate Operations

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive enterprise-wide product transformation within the Corporate Operations Group. This critical role will focus on evolving SNC’s enterprise services from bespoke, project-based delivery models into scalable, standardized, and repeatable product offerings that deliver measurable customer value.

The Principal of Product Transformation will lead a cross-functional effort to modernize how SNC designs, delivers, and monetizes enterprise services, ensuring alignment with customer missions, operational outcomes, and regulatory requirements.
