Principal Software Developer

**Description**



The Principal Software Developer uses a wide application of principles, theories, and technology concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems, to develop solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. Lead project teams to work on a number of complex development projects. Develop or enhance existing or proposed systems and devices. Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects and provides expert guidance in tools, methodologies, standards, and best practices. Typically collaborates with Business Analysts or End Users, vendors and Information Services staff to interpret appropriate requirements and develop complex systems. Will collaborate with team members, program management, stakeholders, and Business Analysts to create innovative end-to-end experiences from POC to final product.
