The Role
- Act as the technical SME across multiple engineering teams including Web Applications, GIS and Robotics
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership‑shaping architecture, improving products and unblocking delivery
- Solve complex engineering problems and drive best practice across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Principal Software Engineer (or similar) in an enterprise environment
- Proven track record leading across multiple engineering teams and specialties
