The Role
We are looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to lead technical ownership of major reinforced concrete projects, provide hands‑on design, and mentor junior engineers within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of reinforced concrete projects across multiple sectors
- Produce hands‑on structural design work rather than purely managing projects
- Coordinate practical, buildable solutions with project teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to technically challenging high‑rise and large‑scale developments
What You Bring
- Approximately 7-10 years of structural engineering experience
- Strong reinforced concrete design capability
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and guide project delivery
- Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving ability
