Principle Architect

The role reports into the Senior Director – Group Strategy, Engineering, and Innovation (GSEI) / Network Services Development (NSD). It plays a pivotal role in shaping Singtel Group’s AI‑driven network, Autonomous Networks (AN), OSS and CPaaS architecture strategy.
The role defines and governs the Group Network AI and AN architecture, framework, and roadmap, while guiding OpCos on AI/AN use cases and aligning OpCo roadmaps with Group strategy and AN maturity targets.
The role focuses on enabling the transition from traditional network operations to AI‑enabled and autonomous operating models, spanning network, OSS and IT domains, while ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, and long‑term sustainability across the Group.
