Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer (Senior/Principle) to support the development and manufacturing of III-V semiconductor devices. The role focuses on III-V epitaxy and wafer fabrication process development to support both R&D activities and production. The engineer will work on process optimization, yield improvement, cost control, and new product introduction (NPI), while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and qualify III-V epitaxial growth and related wafer fabrication processes to support R&D and manufacturing. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency.
