Printing Press Production Supervisor

+ Lead and coach a team of converting operators to meet production goals, coordinating or assisting with activities of team members as necessary.
+ Monitors processes to address issues, minimize downtime, and maximize efficiency, seeks out opportunities to improve established manufacturing practices, and anticipates, and anticipates inefficiencies, bringing constructive solutions.
+ Enforces quality control measures to meet specifications and customer requirements.
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions, collaborating with maintenance teams and any other applicable departments.
