Join us as a Prisoner Custody Officer (PCO) in Prisoner Escort Custody Services (PECS) and play a key role in keeping the justice system safe and secure.

The role offers job security and stability and compensation details are as follows:

• Salary: £24,596 (35 hrs per week), rising to £25,555 from 1st September 2026
• Further progression: Year 2 £26,191; Year 3 £26,684; Year 4 £27,180

We operate 24/6 across early and late shifts; flexibility is essential. Shifts are scheduled on a rota 12 weeks in advance. Part‑time working may be considered across full working days only.
